Terms of Service

Service Agreement

Next Door Handyman provides residential handyman repair, installation, and maintenance services. By requesting a service estimate, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates

All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. Final cost may differ from the estimate if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. You will be notified and asked to approve any changes before additional work proceeds.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment. A receipt is provided for all completed work.

Liability

Next Door Handyman carries general liability insurance. We take care to protect your property during work, but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to the agreed-upon work.
